Total Party Planner is an online EMS with two packages available for purchase depending on the size of the catering organization. TPP offers convenient customer service with the goal of personal company relationships.
Nibble is a smaller package designed for smaller catering companies with a limited staff.
Feast is the larger package and is designed to expedite day-to-day activities for a larger staff, venue, and multi-project organizations.
Key Features
Total Party Planner offers top to bottom catering and event management solutions and has the ability to manage company events through company calendars and seamless reporting. TPP can communicate between different aspects of catering and can manage features like kitchen details to event tasks to reporting. TPP has mobility features and can be accessed on the go via tablet or smart phone. TPP integrates well with many other third party catering platforms for simple task transitioning.
Company Customization
Total Party Planner offers additional features for company customization. With additional fees, TPP can offer website design and branded reporting for brand awareness and lead coverage in order to access new clientele.

Total Party planner can work on any device with internet access and is cloud based for data management.

On-Boarding
Onboarding and set up requires a one-time fee for data entry and company customization. This fee differs based on the purchased package. Total Party Planner offers a free service one on one training service.
Fee Structure
Total Party Planner has two major packages with differing monthly fees. Additional onboarding, data, and application fees do exist on top of the monthly payment.
There is a discount for annual payments over monthly payments.
Support
Total Party Planner has online and phone accessibility for tech support. The service number runs Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm EST. The onboarding service includes training, demos, and convenient customer support.
