Overview
Synergy Fusion is a multi-functional EMS software run by Synergy International. Synergy Fusion offers four packages; Fusion Enterprise, Fusion POS, Fusion Rental, and Fusion Staffing. Each module offers different combinations of services for the needs of the client. Fusion can grow and build with a business as it utilizes the comprehensive services available.
EMS
From general daily paperwork to specific departmental documents, Fusion offers templates for reporting in many areas of hospitality. Their EMS has availability to track and report daily interactions and business.
Accounting from Synergy Fusion offers user friendly templates and drag and drop quality reports that Fusion transitions into data entry for ordering and reporting. Fusion consolidates all accounting information for expedited ordering and reporting.
Fusion can control staffing and payroll via online scheduling and mobile staff check-ins. All payroll is automatically entered into accounting data for updated sales and staffing costs.
Fusion offers a lock capability that time stamps any accounting information. For example, placing a lock on an order can be referenced when mistakes in shipping are made to control for extra financial losses.
Dispatching services from Synergy Fusion are available for any group that has business on the move. Dispatching includes the necessary templates to manage scheduling and tracking. Fusion offers mobile applications for drivers, clients, and companies to update deliveries and pickups quickly. All updates are made in real time for efficiency and clarity.
CRM
This CRM program establishes personal relationships with clients for a higher likelihood of leads that can turn into profitable business. This program can be accessed via desktop, smartphones, and the web as Fusion is cloud based.
As new clients are procured via the CRM and inquiry tools, Fusion generates a personal thank you letter for clients to increase personal client to company interaction.
Additional Services
Mobile Applications are available for client to company interaction including applications for clients, salespersons, CRM, staff check in, and delivery. Time Clock is the official check in for event staffing. This feature is specifically visual for easy use and can be accessed on mobile devices. Staff can use barcodes on company IDs to check in or use the mobile check in application for more detailed event management.
IT solutions are offered for companies to delegate design and online brand awareness to the Fusion team. Fusion can design HTML interface, client portals, CRM, online ordering, and catalogs for advanced customer to company interaction.

Synergy Fusion provides a service to quickly transition existing data to the network to expedite training and every day use. Fusion can perform data entry at their location and can expedite training and daily use.

Pay as you go pricing is available and based on required system, levels, and number of users. Additional one-time charges and monthly fees vary depending on customization and modules.
Synergy Fusion does have a set up fee.
