Hospitality properties can pay a one time annual fee including onboarding costs. Monthly subscriptions are available but have fewer capabilities and accessibility.
On-Boarding
All data entry and data migration (including existing 3D and floor plans) is included in onboarding. There is a one-time fee at sign up for onboarding and installation. Social Tables offers free training and live and recorded options on their website to continue expedited training for new users. This can be done on mobile devices or on site.
Support
Social Tables has updated their client services on their website to offer more technical and day to day support. For in office support and sales, consultants are available during regular business hours. For other support, Social Tables delegates 24/7 support to an overseas company for any day to day questions.
