Overview
Room Viewer is a room diagramming software that is accessible for windows or windows compatible devices to create a computerized version of a venue space. Room Viewer offers different options for venue shapes depending on how complex the layout is. Room Viewer creates templates for repeated access for clients and companies to review venue layouts for event planning and management.
Room Diagramming
Room Viewer has three packages – Standard, Pro, and Deluxe.
The Standard software can serve single user square or rectangular venue layouts.
The Pro software can detect obstructions and detailed room plans. Pro can handle multiple users and more complex set ups.
The Deluxe software is the only version with data migration abilities for AutoCat files for new or preexisting room layouts. Deluxe can detect obstructions and has multi user function.
Room Viewer has a team of specialists to help determine the perfect package per venue.
Additional Features
Room Viewer offers a team to professionally measure out spaces with different specifications. Quotes and pricing are available through Room Viewer support.
Room Viewer Deluxe is most useful to groups moving from establishment to establishment in order to expedite venue layout processes by importing already created AutoCat files.
System Requirements
Room Viewer requires Windows or parallels can be run with MAC or a windows emulator.
For Network access, a server is necessary or single machine for licensing and registration
On-Boarding
For onboarding, the Deluxe feature is capable of reading AutoCat files for preexisting blueprints or architectural files.
No other uploads or data are necessary for template creation. All manual entry is for Room Viewer is user friendly.
Fee Structure
For all three packages, there is a one-time fee for licensing and registration with annual reoccurring maintenance fee of 25% of the software price, which includes IT support and software management. Additional fees may be required for extra features and consultations.
