Gather Review (2019)

Gather is a combination Customer Relation Management (CRM) system and inquiry tool. Gather does not offer full EMS capabilities but is useful specifically for management and online booking. Gather just recently merged with TripleSeat. I have reviewed lots of products and you can review them all here.

Overview

Gather combines data, task and calendar management, and simple customer interaction to help company growth and outreach for efficiency in transitioning leads into business. Gather offers reporting, templates, and management organization. Gather is useful for venue management over catering.

Gather just recently merged with TripleSeat and Gather will work with the already existing EMS capabilities of TripleSeat as a single program.

CRM

Gather’s best features include lead management, booking status, and a useful event portal for guests and companies to expedite the hiring process. Gather offers technology to turn leads into business efficiently by controlling payment and booking offers when customers interact with the company website. 

The Inquiry Tool from Gather connects the client with potential partnerships to increase profitable business.

Additional Features

Gather does not offer kitchen or ordering capabilities but has templates for other reporting and contract needs.

Gather Marketplace is a service connected to their partner organizations like Yelp, EVENTup, Kapow, and the Wedding Spot to increase leads and partnerships across the industry. This is a unique application to increase qualified leads towards the business. These inquires need zero manual entry. 

System Requirements

Gather only needs internet Access and is a cloud based application.

Integrations

There are Android and iPhone applications available. Gather works with Outlook and Google Calendar. Gather works directly under TripleSeat and communicates with TripleSeat compatible interfaces. Contact Gather for more specific interface partnerships.

On-Boarding

Gather offers necessary training for the available team. For information on onboarding fees and data entry please contact Gather.

Already existing Gather users can continue using the original interface and will be slowly transitioned into learning about TripleSeat.

Fee Structure

Gather has two packages available and price is based on an annual fee. Companies can pay a fixed price based on the number of established facilities or purchase the Enterprise option, which is used for companies with many established facilities. Contact Gather for more pricing information.

Gather has a customer service line that is open from 9:30 am – 5:30 pm and they also offer email and live chat via their website for additional technical and customer service support.
