ezCater is an online Third Party Catering and Delivery Aggregator for companies that want to expand their network into the catering industry. ezCater can manage the customer to company ordering through the ezCater Marketplace so companies can search for food and catering that fit their needs. ezCater controls both the customer ordering and the fulfillment services.
Daily Management
ezCater has four key systems; ezCater Marketplace, ezOrdering, ezManage, and ezDispatch.
ezCater Marketplace The marketplace is the online database that customers can access for ordering. By adding ezCater to a regular company website, organizations reach a larger audience through the marketplace.
ezOrdering ezOrdering is accessed by linking ezCater to the regular company website. ezOrdering handles the customer ordering and orders can be sent via text, email, or fax for multiple locations.
ezManage ezManage is the catch all for task management, marketing, and inquiry services.
ezDispatch ezDispatch controls delivery services for catering orders. ezCater offers to send drivers with Uber like tracking systems for everyday catering deliveries even if companies have already established delivery systems. ezDispatch can be used for overflow or all deliveries. ezCater has a network of vetted drivers.
Customer Support ezCater also manages customer support so that companies can spend less time on the phone.
