Overview

Curate is a Web-based proposal and event management software application built out of the Floral industry. It is now updated to be implemented for full service event catering and event rental companies. It strength is the ability to create highly functional, customizable and interactive proposals. The proposals are created through various on-line inquiry tools and selection tools that are fully customizable producing high quality digital proposals

Core Modules

Curate is built around three core independent and optional modules that can intuitive and work in sync to manage all aspects of events not just floral.

Curate Proposals

Curate’s strengths os the high intuitive and interactive proposals that are fully customizable. The proposals are built as on-line documents. By embedding custom inquiry forms for your website that are highly functional. These tools can be used to highly vet customers allowing the sales team to have as much information as necessary when meeting a client in person for the first time. Other features included CRM tools, task management, advanced email functions, invoicing, event scheduling management and detailed reporting. The application also allows the ability to add Third-party Vendor services to be included and link to the proposals.

Curate COGS

The module allows companies to manage complex recipes for florals, menus and rental packages as well as giving the sales person the ability to custom build options from a managed list of options with pricing. Other features include, production, staffing and task management to help control costs and improve operational efficiency

Curate Rentals

This a core module form mangling rental equipment through sales, inventory management and scheduling

System Requirements

Curate is a Web-based solution only requiring internet access through standard web-browsers. No additional software is required

Interfaces

Curate provides the ability to create customizable inquiry forms for you website to automatically send inquiries into the system as part of the CRM process.

A communication tool with QuickBooks On-line is available

On-boarding

Curate has provides on-boarding solutions as part of the monthly service. They support training through Live-On line support, webinars, training videos and support documents for new users. Additional in-person training is an option

Support

Curate offers a call-in support center that is available during normal business hours. They also provide a live support service as part of their fee structure.

Fees

Curate is a variable monthly based subscription.
