FAQ

Why choose Customized Culinary Solutions as a Business Advisor?

An advisor is an independent professional chef who, for a fee, helps a business owner or key decision maker to define and achieve specific business goals through the use of additional resources not normally available or unrealized by the business.
We are “change-agents” who can focus on helping the business move forward rather than reacting to the day to day business of managing the operation.

Why can’t we do it ourselves?

A business owner sometime needs an un-biased and fresh perspective on how to solve problems or to expand their business. A CCS chef consultant can provide an outside analysis of the situation and “tell it like it is”, while suggesting improvements, new ideas, creating excitement and driving the business forward.A business owner needs and wants an advisor to perform specific technical tasks for the business as they may not have the human resources or skills sets and time to perform presently. It is generally more cost effective to engage an advisor for a limited term project than the costs related to hire and train a highly skill employee on a full time salary. Finally a business owner might just need somewhere to turn to bounce ideas off and talk to a confident who has their best interests in mind.
