8 fl oz Water
1 fl oz Fish Sauce – Tiparos
2 fl oz Soy Sauce – Light
2 fl oz Ketchup
2 fl oz Honey
2 oz Ginger – Fresh – Peeled and Finely Diced
1 oz Garlic – Cloves – Finely Chopped
0 No Unit Juice – Lime – As needed

Procedure

Assembly:

1. Place the Tamarind Pulp in a small bowl and cover with the Boiling Water and mix well. Allow to combine

for 30 minutes or until cool

2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

3. Adjust the seasonings with Lime Juice as needed
